حضور النّسق الدّيني في الرّواية الجزائرية -مقاربة ثقافية لرواية "مملكة الزّيوان" للصديق حاج أحمد -

الملخص
ملخص: تحاول هذه الدراسة رصد نماذج لحضور النسق الدّيني ممثّلا في جانبه الفقهي في الرّواية الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال اختيار مدونة بحثية هي رواية مملكة الزّيوان للصديق حاج أحمد وبالاعتماد على المقاربة الثقافية التي تتّكئ على أدوات النّقد الثّقافي وتبحث في الأنساق المضمرة، وقد خلص البحث إلى رصد مجموعة من الجوانب الفقهية ذات البعد الدّيني تجلى منها ما يلي: فقه صراخ المولود، أضحية العقيقة، الحجب في الميراث فقهيا، التأذين في أذن المولود، بوصف هذه المضمرات أنساقا ثقافية ذات بعد ديني وردت بين ثنايا هذا النص. Abstract: This study attempts to monitor models for attending the religious pattern represented in its juristic aspect in the Algerian novel, by choosing a research blog that is “The Kingdom of Ziwan” for the friend Haji Ahmad, and by relying on the cultural approach that relies on tools of cultural criticism and searches in the contextual contexts, the research concluded to monitor A set of doctrinal aspects that have diminished the religious dimension, including the following: the jurisprudence of the cry of the newborn, the sacrifice of the aqeeqah, the withholding of inheritance jurisprudence, the atheism in the ear of the newborn describing these consciences as cultural lines with a religious dimension mentioned between the folds of this
