الملخص
المستخلص تتناول هذه الدراسة قضية من قضايا الأدب الحديث، وهي تَمثُّلات الفحل والآخر في مجتمع النص المعاصر؛ فجدلية الفحل والآخر في الرواية العربية الحديثة تُعبِّر عن طبيعة العلاقة بين أبناء المجتمع الواحد في ظلِّ تبعات الصراع الحضاري المعاصر. وقد تصدَّى الخطاب الروائي لرواية مولانا برؤيته لمناقشة هذه الثنائيَّة، بما يعكس أدبيات الواقع العربي عامَّة والمصري خاصَّة. وتكشف هذه الرواية عن العلاقة بين نخب مجتمع النص: أفكاره، وصراعاته. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التحليليّ الوصفيّ، للوقوف على البنية الفكريَّة والثقافيَّة للنص الروائيّ، ومدى استجابته للواقع المجتمعي. وجاءت الخاتمة، لتبرز دور المبدع التنويري في نشر المعرفة، ومواجهة الأنساق الثقافية التي تسهم في تأخر المجتمع عبر إشراك المتلقّي في خلق تفاعل إيجابي مع النص الروائي. الكلمات المفتاحية الفحل – الآخر – الأنا - التابع – النسق – الثقافة – المجتمع Representations of the Dominating Male (El-fahl) and the Other A Socio-cultural Reading of "Mawlana" A Novel by Ibrahim Essa Abstract This paper investigates the representations of the dominating male (El-fahl) and the other in "Mawlana" by Ibrahim Essa which dealt with this duality reflecting the politics of the contemporary Arab condition in general and the Egyptian in particular. This novel reveals the relationships among the members of the textual elite: their ideas and conflicts. The researcher employs the analytical descriptive method to investigate the intellectual, cultural structure of this narrative text, its extent of responding to the societal truth. The conclusion sheds light on the role of the writer in disseminating knowledge, and confronting the damaging intellectual tides which push the society back; by encouraging the recipient to create a positive communication with the narrative text
