مساهمة قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة

الملخص

المستخلص يوجد دور كبير لقطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات فـي الارتقاء وتطوير الدول ، وان التطور الذي يعيشه العالم يرجع الى تطور هذا القطاع ، إذ يعمل هذا القطاع الى زيادة نموها الاقتصادي وتحسين قدراتها وتبادل المنتجات من خلال شبكات الحاسوب وتوفير الخدمات المختلفة وتسهيل حصول المواطنين عليها وتعد محرك رئيس لعملية التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال زيادة الدخل في معظم الدول النامية والمتقدمة. هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة مدى مساهمة قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال دراسة اجريت في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة . توصلت الدراسة الى التقدم الذي احرزته دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة في قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية على مستوى العالم للمدة (2002- 2017) إذ طرأت تغيرات في انتشار تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والانتقال الاجمالي الى مجتمع المعلومات العالمي ، إذ احتلت دولة الامارات في عام 2002 المرتبة 43 وبمقياس (17. 3) . فيما نرى طفرة واسعة في عام 2017 لتحتـــل المرتبة 40 وبمقياس (21. 7) أي بفارق (04. 4) . الكلمات المفتاحية :- التكنولوجيا، المعلوماتية، الاتصالات ، التنمية الاقتصادية ، الامارات العربية المتحدة. Abstract The contribution of the information and communication technology sector in the economic development process in the United Arab Emirates The IcT sector has a major role in improvement and development of countries . The current development of the world is significantly relted to the development of this sector , which fasters the economic growth and improves the economic capabilities through the exchanged produets through computor networks . It also provides various services , and facilities their access to citizens . thus, it is considered as a main engine of the development process through increasing the national income in most developing and developed countries . The study aimd to find out the extent of the contribution of the ICT sector in the economic development , through this study in the united Arab Emirates , The study has reached the progress made by the united Arab Emirates in the technology and communication information Technology in the world Economic Development , for the period (2002- 2017) changes occurred in the spread of information technology and the spread of information technology and the overall transition information society , as the UAE occupied the rank 43 in 2002 on the scale of (3.17) abroad leap in 2017 to occupy rank 40 and on the scale of (7.21)a difference of (4.04).
