الملخص
يعتبر المجتمع المدني بمثابة جمعيات أنشأت من قبل مجموعة من الأشخاص تهدف إلى العمل من أجل قضية مشتركة، وهذه الجمعيات غالبا ما تنشأ في إطار بيئة حضرية توفر لها نمط معين من الحياة لاستمرار نشاطها، ومن بين هذه الجمعيات ذات الطابع التطوعي لجان الاحياء التي تستهدفها هذه الدراسة حيث تصبو هذه الورقة البحثية الى إبراز دور المجتمع المدني من خلال جمعياته في حماية البيئة الحضرية، محاولين بذلك تحليل الموضوع نظريا وتفكيكه للتوصل إلى وضع الموضوع في قالبه العلمي الصحيح. La société civile est considérée comme des associations constituées par un groupe de personnes ayant pour but de travailler pour une cause commune, et ces associations naissent souvent dans le cadre d'un environnement urbain qui leur offre un certain style de vie pour poursuivre leurs activités, et parmi ces associations à caractère bénévole se trouvent les comités de quartier visés par cette étude. Car ce document de recherche vise à mettre en évidence le rôle de la société civile à travers ses associations dans la protection de l'environnement urbain, en essayant d'analyser théoriquement la question et de la déconstruire pour arriver à placer le sujet dans son bon modèle scientifique. Civil society is considered as associations established by a group of people aiming to work for a common cause, and these associations often arise within the framework of an urban environment that provides them with a certain lifestyle to continue their activities, and among these associations of a voluntary nature are neighborhood committees that are targeted by this study As this research paper aims to highlight the role of civil society through its associations in protecting the urban environment, trying to theoretically analyze the issue and deconstruct it to arrive at placing the topic in its correct scientific template
