الملخص
Women entrepreneurship has being taken the attention of the writers, and this refer to what it has already given as consequences for Economic Development and society, because it couldbe a good substitute for the real job that some people could not get, and It could create some job offers to others, and for this importance, economists have tried to explain the women entrepreneurship intention, and have tried to answer the question "Why / how" the women have made the entrepreneurship intention? And their job was between two edges "Idea" and Move" and explaining the motives/obstacles between both , also they have studied the major circumstances those could drive women toward entrepreneurship and as a result, they have given an explanation for the power of motivation and it's affection on intention, and our paper is not that far, and what we want to study also is "how the women entrepreneurship takes place? " and is there a real government job toward this survival intention to turn it into fact and if that have motivated the women entrepreneurship indeed?
