Résumé: Un climat d’investissement approprié, est la clé du succès d’une politique économique réussie dans le pays. Pour la mise en place d’un secteur de l’investissement efficace, une demande d’un ensemble de modifications législatives et de conventions doit être établie pour plusieurs lois afin de créer un secteur d’investissement fort, cohérent et constructif. L’État algérien travaille à la réforme de son secteur d’investissement en publiant, modifiant et révisant plusieurs textes législatifs et réglementaires garantissant un secteur d’investissement conforme aux normes internationales et permettant de sortir le pays de la crise et d’assurer un développement durable. Abstract: An appropriate investment climate is the key to the success of a successful economic policy in the country. For the establishment of an effective investment sector, a demand a set of legislative amendments and conventions must be established for several laws in order to create a strong, consistent and constructive investment sector. The Algerian State is working on the reform of its investment sector by publishing, amending and revising several laws and regulations guaranteeing an investment sector in line with international standards and enabling the country to emerge from the crisis and ensure development durable. Based on the analysis of the regulatory texts, we have tried to determine the effectiveness of these reforms, their effectiveness for investments in Algeria, as well as the importance and the need to achieve sustainable development.
