الملخص
يستهدف هذا البحث الوقوف على الدّلالة الاصطلاحية لكلّ من مصطلح: الجملة والكلام، لما بينهما من خلاف قديم بين المدارس، والأعلام المجتهدين، ومن حقّ قارئ اليوم أن يبني فهمه على حدّ حاسم تزكّيه المبررات الإقناعية المؤصّلة بدليل المنطق والمعقولية ما دامت الظّواهر النّحوية مقرّرات حاصلة بالنّظر، والقياس في الطّروح اللّغوية ذات التوجّه اللّساني. فهل يعدّ الخلاف أصوليا في الفكر النّحوي العربي، أم مجرد اجتهاد لا يحظى باعتبار؟ وهل يقبل الذوق القرائي المعاصر هذا التمايز؟ ذلك ما تودّ الدّراسة معالجته وفق تصوّر يحيل إلى قناعة بحثية. Abstract: This research aims to find out the idiomatic connotation of each of the terms: sentence and utterance, because of the old disagreement between different schools and eminent theorists. It is the right of today's reader to base his understanding on a decisive point that the persuasive justifications rooted in the evidence of logic and rationality as long as the syntactic phenomena are decisions taking place by consideration, And the analogy in the linguistic propositions with a linguistic orientation. So is the dispute considered fundamentalist in Arab grammatical thought, or is it just an unpredictable ijtihad/diligence? Does contemporary reading taste accept this distinction? This is what the study wishes to treat according to a vision that refers to a research conviction.
