الملخص

In our research paper we dealt with this definition of the life of one of the symbols of contemporary Islamic thought, and we mentioned his knowledge of Islamic thought from its pure origins, and we explained his study of Western thought and his tour of countries and his obtaining several awards among the West and Arabs, then we touched on talking aboutcitizenship and the development of this concept among civilizations The old and the West and we showed that it is a subordinate to the ruling systems, so times it expands and includes all, and times it narrows and deprives many peoples to enjoy the right of citizenship, and we turned to citizenship among Arabs and then Muslims, and that it established a civilization that prevailed in the world and preserved the peculiarities of the people, then we concluded our paper by presenting Dr. Taha's ideas about citizenship and we showed that he sees it A Western concept coming from the West that carries intellectual backgrounds that do not respect the peculiarities of peoples with a purely material character, And he gave guidelines for accepting the expatriate, and called for the Islamization of knowledge according to a sober Islamic approach, and we came to the conclusion that citizenship is a concept that has philosophical backgrounds that serve specific projects and Muslims should present their ideas and discuss the ideas of others according to an Islamic approach
