الملخص
The aim of this modest study is to highlight an important aspect related to our national history, which is the specifications and conditions that must be met when writing and writing this history, which is filled with many writers and historians, and make them dedicate studies and research to establish sound foundations and precise controls In addition to this, the historian Abu al-Qasim Saadallah, who used his long experience and extensive experience in diagnosing the history of Algeria, presented solutions and remedies to promote them.
