وصف وتحليل مهام وصعوبات المربي في ظل المقاربات العالمية "تناول للتجربة الجزائرية في التربية التحضيرية"

الملخص
Abstract: This study aimed to stand on two basic aspects in the field of preparatory education in Algeria, namely, the degree to which the educator accomplishes the tasks assigned to him, and the difficulties resulting from them as they are perceived and as expressed by the educators themselves. The disclosure of these two aspects is a fundamental issue because it helps in addressing the shortcomings and obstacles that surround the good functioning of the horizontal and vertical relationship of educators in their departments with one of the most important partners in the educational act, namely children. Our research, and based on the results reached, represented in controlling the degree of the breeder's achievement of the tasks (main and partial) and the difficulties resulting from performing these tasks, arranged according to the degree of sensation on the part of the educators, it establishes, based on the local context and the realistic view emanating from the field practitioners themselves, for an approach that contributes In knowing educational practices, it also helps to visualize measures for their improvement, and this is to respond to the requirements of promoting this important stage in the educational system. ملخص: لقد استهدفت هذه الدراسة الوقوف على جانبين اساسيين في مجال التربية التحضيرية في الجزائر، ألا وهما درجة إنجاز المربي للمهام المنوطة به، والصعوبات الناجمة عنها مثلما هي مدركة ومثلما هو معبر عنها من طرف المربين أنفسهم. ويعد الكشف عن هذين الجانبين مسألة جوهرية لأنه يساعد في معالجة النقائص والعوائق التي تكتنف السير الجيد للعلاقة الأفقية والعمودية للمربين في أقسامهم مع أحد أهم الشركاء في الفعل التربوي وهم الأطفال. إن بحثنا هذا، وبناءا على النتائج المتوصل إليها والمتمثلة في ضبط درجة إنجاز المربي للمهام (الرئيسية والجزئية) والصعوبات الناتجة عن أداء هذه المهام، مرتبة حسب درجة استشعارها من طرف المربين، فهو يؤسس انطلاقا من السياق المحلي والنظرة الواقعية المنبثقة من الممارسين الميدانيين أنفسهم لمقاربة تساهم في معرفة الممارسات التربوية، كما أنه يساعد في تصور إجراءات تحسينها، وهذا قصد الاستجابة لمتطلبات النهوض بهذا الطور الهام في النظام التربوي. Résumé : Cette étude visait à s'appuyer sur deux aspects fondamentaux dans le domaine de l'éducation préparatoire en Algérie, à savoir la mesure dans laquelle l'éducateur accomplit les tâches qui lui sont confiées et les difficultés qui en résultent telles qu'elles sont perçues et exprimées par les éducateurs eux-mêmes. La divulgation de ces deux aspects est une question fondamentale car elle permet de combler les lacunes et les obstacles qui entourent le bon fonctionnement de la relation horizontale et verticale des éducateurs de leurs départements avec l'un des partenaires les plus importants de l'acte éducatif, à savoir les enfants. Notre recherche, et basée sur les résultats atteints représentée dans la maîtrise du degré d’accomplissement par l’éducateur des tâches (principales et partielles) et des difficultés résultant de l’exécution de ces tâches, disposées en fonction du degré de perception de celles-ci par les éducateurs, elle établit à partir du contexte local et de la vision réaliste émanant des praticiens de terrain eux-mêmes, une approche qui contribue en connaissant les pratiques pédagogiques, elle permet également de visualiser les mesures de leur amélioration, et ceci est de répondre aux exigences de promotion de cette étape importante du système éducatif.
