This research tries to prove a central idea represented in tracing the major process of the Qur’anic argumentative statement through understanding the foundations of the close relationship between the Qur’anic pilgrims and the maqam and their interconnectedness, investing the saying “al-Makki and al-Madani” as a contextual and deliberative saying in the main, as it comprehends the famous rhetorical idea of “matching speech According to the state of, the receiver" . The research tries to explain the effect of the transformation of the Context - in all its dimensions - between the Meccan and the Medinan covenant on the transformation of the argument structure of the Holy Qur’an and its process, whether on the quantitative level of the arguments or the qualitative dimension of them, trying to identify the reasons for this transformation, showing the consequences of this difference of shifts In the quality of The argumentative, its principles and techniques. -
