الملخص
انه من الصعب القيام بتنبؤات بعيدة المدى خصيصا أن بعض المنافع غير المباشرة المترتبة على تحسين خدمة النقل اتجاه مستعملي الطريق الوطني رقم 44 أو طرق أخرى تربط بعضها البعض من جراء عدم استعمالهم في تنقلاتهم للشطر المتبقي من الطريق السيار شرق - غرب لان التكاليف و المنافع الكمية لمشروعات الطرق ليست جانبا واحدا فقط في عملية التقويم ، و أنما مرشدا جزئي فقط لعملية اتخــاذ القرار it’s difficult to make futur estimates and predictions specifically that some of the indirect benefits of improved transport service to national road44 users or other roads are tied to gether by not using them as they travel the rest of the highway because the benefits of transportation projects are much more difficult to measure than cost and some of the benefits are difficult to evaluate money, usually it gives the quantitative impact of the road project benefits directly and indirectly spread over a large number of non-users, and a large number of passengers daily travellers.
