قوانين الاستثمار في الجزائر: من التقييد إلى الحرية Investment Laws In Algeria: From Restriction To Freedom

الملخص

فتحت قوانين ما بعد الإصلاحات الباب أمام كل أشكال الاستثمار، ويتمتع المستثمر الأجنبي بضمانات قانونية وقضائية وكذا حوافز ومزايا وإعفاءات، لتشجيع الاستثمار قصد النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني. رغم هذه الترسانة من القوانين والحماية المقررة، إلا أن الإقبال يبقى محتشما على الاستثمار في الجزائر من طرف الأجانب، كما أن الاستثمار الخاص الوطني يبقى ضعيفا ولا يستجيب لمتطلبات التنمية المرجوة. Post-reform laws have opened the door to all forms of investment. The foreign investor benefits from legal and judicial guarantees, incentives, benefits and exemptions, with the aim of encouraging investment and thus promoting the national economy. Despite this vast arsenal of laws and protection, foreign investment in Algeria remains insufficient and private national investment remains weak and does not meet the requirements of the desired development
