الملخص

تتناول الدراسة تداعيات جائحة كورونا على المجتمع الجزائري في ظل السياقات السوسيوا قتصادية المأزومة، وكيف تنعكس آثارها الاقتصادية الوخيمة على تماسك المجتمع و استقراره، في ظل حالة الهلع و الإرباك التي صاحبت ظهورها، كما أنّها تحاول تقديم رؤية للحدث من باب نقله من الأزمة إلى الفرصة التي يجب استثمارها، طالما أنها تهيّئ جزء معتبرا من المجتمع ومستخدمي الدولة لتقبّل آثار إصلاحات يحتاج التعاطي معها بإيجابية، وإلى المرور بصدمات كبرى أو وثبات نفسية مجتمعية و مؤسساتية قوية. The study deals with the fallout from the Corona pandemic on the Algerian society in light a context characterized by a socio-economic crisis, and how its dire economic effects are reflected on the cohesion and stability of the society, in a situation of panic and confusion that accompanied its emergence. This study is an attempt to provide a vision of the event in order to turn it from a crisis into an opportunity that must be seized, as long as the current crisis prepares a significant part of society and governmental officials to accept the effects of reforms that need to be dealt with positively, and to go through major shocks or strong psychological societal and institutional leapfrogs.
