التكيف الثقافي لدى الطلبة الاجانب بالجامعة الجزائرية –دراسة ميدانية بجامعة عباس لغرور خنشلة

الملخص
جاءت دراستنا بعنوان "التكيف الثقافي لدى الطلبة الأجانب في الجامعة الجزائرية" لدراسة مدى قدرة الطلبة الأجانب على التكيف الثقافي في الجامعة الجزائرية"دراسة ميدانية بجامعة خنشلة " ، فمن المتعارف عليه التكيف عملية مستمرة، يحاول الفرد بها مواجهة العوامل الطبيعية المحيطة به ليقوى على متابعة الحياة بحيث تنشأ لديه الخصائص التي تجعله أكثر استعدادًا للتلاؤم مع ظروف البيئة المحيطة، وبالتالي يجد الطلب الجامعي الاجنبي نفسه امام ظروف جديدة مما يؤثر على سلوكه لإحداث علاقة أكثر توافقًا بينه وبين البيئة الجامعية. فحاولنا في دراستنا ،الكشف عن مدى تفاعل الطلبة الجزائريين مع زملائهم الأجانب و التكيف مع الوسط الجديد الجامعة،بالإضافة الى تقصي الصعوبات التي يواجهها الطلبة الأجانب بناءا على الاختلاف الثقافي الذي يتعايشون فيه ضمن الوسط الجامعي ، مطبقين المنهج الوصفي واعتمدنا على الحصر الشامل لمجمل الطلبة الاجانب الذين يدرسون بجامعة خنشلة وكان عددهم 60 طالبا اجنبيا من جنسيات مختلفة موزعين بين 37 ذكرا و23 انثى وأهم النتائج التي توصلنا اليها : أن الاختلاف اللغوي يخلق صعوبات في التكيف الثقافي وتعتبر الجامعة الفضاء الوحيد الذي يستطيع الطالب الاجنبي التفاعل فيه. Our study entitled "Cultural adaptation of foreign students at the Algerian University University of Khanchela field of study Adaptation as a continuous process, the individual tries to cope with the natural factors surrounding him to strengthen the follow-up life so that he has the characteristics that make him more willing to adapt to the circumstances of the environment and thus change behavior to create a more harmonious relationship between him and the university environment. Notre étude s'intitulait "Adaptation culturelle des étudiants étrangers à l'université algérienne", où, Le problème de l’étude de la capacité des étudiants étrangers à s’adapter à la culture à l’université algérienne, "LUniversité de Khanchela, En tant que processus continu d'adaptation, l'individu tente de faire face aux facteurs naturels qui l'entourent afin de renforcer la vie de suivi afin de présenter les caractéristiques qui le rendent plus disposé à s'adapter aux conditions de l'environnement et à modifier ainsi les comportements afin de créer une relation plus harmonieuse entre lui et le milieu universitaire. le champ détudes", traitait de linteraction entre les cultures la mesure dans laquelle les étudiants algériens et leurs collègues étrangers sont capables de s adapter à leur environnement universitaire, ainsi que les difficultés rencontrées par les étudiants étrangers en raison des différences culturelles, la population étudiée comprend 60 étudiants étrangers de nationalités différentes était répartie entre 37 hommes et 23 femmes et après l'étude de terrain, nous avons atteint: les différences linguistiques créent des difficultés d'adaptation culturelle et l'université est la seule société dans laquelle les étudiants étrangers peuvent interagir
