- القيادات الادارية الناجحة وعلاقتها بإدارة المخاطر "دراسة تحليلية على الادارات الوسطى والدنيا بمصنع أسمنت لبدة- الخمس – ليبيا "

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على دور القيادات الإدارية الناجحة في إدارة المخاطر من خلال التركيز على عينة من الإدارة الوسطى والدنيا بمصنع إسمنت لبدة وذلك من خلال خصائص القيادة الناجحة والمتمثلة في (المرونة والتكيف والثقة بالنفس والقدرة على التصرف والمبادرة والشجاعة وتشجيع الذات )، ) وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكان مجتمع الدراسة يتكون من (65) مسؤولا وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (56) مفردة وتم الحصول على (49) استمارة صالحة للتحليل وقدتم الاستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية ((SPSS. وخلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - وجود علاقة ارتباط بين خصائص القيادة الإدارية الناجحة في ادارة المخاطر بالمصنع قيد الدراسة . - عدم تجاوز المواقف الصعبة التي يتعرض لها المصنع من خلال توافر المستلزمات البشرية والمادية وعدم القدرة على اتخاذ القرار المناسب بشأنه . The study aimed at identifying the role of successful management leaders in risk management. It focused on a sample of the middle and lower management of Lebda Cement Factory through the characteristics of successful leadership represented in (flexibility, adaptation, self-confidence, ability to act, initiative, courage and self-promotion). The study population consisted of (65) officials and a simple random sample (56) was selected. 49 questionnaires of the sample were obtained for analysis in which The Statistical Package Program (SPSS) was used. The study concluded with a number of results: - - There is a relationship between the characteristics of successful management leadership in the factory which is under study - Do not exceed the difficult positions that are exposed to the factory through the availability of human and material requirements and the disability to make the appropriate decision about it. Cette étude a pour but d'Identifier le rôle des leaders en management performants dans la gestion des risques en se concentrant sur un échantillon de cadres moyens intermédiaires dans une cimenterie à travers les caractéristiques d'un leadership réussi en flexibilité, adaptation, confiance en soi, capacité à agir, initiative, courage et autopromotion. L'étude s'est appuyée sur une méthodologie analytique descriptive à savoir 65 fonctionnaires, un échantillon aléatoire simple de 56 articles et 49 formulaires valides obtenus Le programme de statistiques a été utilisé et l’étude s’est terminée par un ensemble de résultats: -Relation entre les caractéristiques d’un leadership efficace en matière de gestion des risques dans l’usine étudiée -Ne pas dépasser les situations difficiles auxquelles l’usine est confrontée en raison de la disponibilité d’exigences humaines et matérielles et de l’incapacité de prendre les décisions qui s’imposent.
