الملخص
تعد فئة الشباب عنصرا فعالا لعملية التنمية في كل مجتمع وهذا لما يتميز به هؤلاء الشباب من خصائص بدنية ذهنية واجتماعية مدعمة ومساهمة في الإنتاج مما جعلها محل كثير من الدراسات والأبحاث السوسيولوجية أين ظهر اهتمام كبير في قضاياهم المتعددة والمتشبعة في الكثير من المجالات حيث أن التغيرات الفيزيولوجية التي تطرأ على الشاب تترك أثارا عميقة وبعيدة المدى من الناحية النفسية أين يحس من خلالها بالوحدة ولا يستطيع تفسير ما يطرأ عليه. لذلك تعتبر هاته الفئة أكثر عرضة للمشاكل اليومية التي تواجههم والتي نأخذ من بينها مشكلة الحصول على السكن و نقص أماكن الترويح والترفيه، وهو ما سنحاول التطرق إليه في هذه الورقة البحثية . Summary: The youth group considered as an effective élément in the développement process because of their physical and social characteristic supported by the production. This category regarded to be the heart of thé society which has made many researchers do a lot of studies about them. There is a great interest in identifying the youth's major problems and to give a clear picture about their pivotal role it's not possible to ignore This slice of society in addition the physiological changes in the young man lave far reading effects in his . mind which make him a New person can’t explain what is happening so, this young People are more sensitive to the various problems that face them in their daily lives one of these relavant problems is obtaining an independent apartement more over the lack of recreation and entertainment places Résumé: La catégorie des jeunes est un facteur actif dans le processus de développement de chaque société en raison des caractéristiques physiques, mentales et sociales de ces jeunes qui contribuent à la production. Ce qui en a fait de cette catégorie le sujet de nombreuses études et recherches où il y a eu un grand intérêt pour étudier leurs multiples problèmes dans divers domaines. Ainsi, les changements physiologique des jeunes ont des effets profonds sur leur psychisme, où le jeune devient seul et ne peut pas expliquer ce qui se passe autour de lui. Par conséquent, cette catégorie est trop sensible aux problèmes quotidiens, auxquels ils confrontent, y compris le problème de l’obtention d’un logement indépendant en plus le manque de confort, ce que nous allons essayer de traiter et résoudre à travers cet article.
