الملخص
ملخص: لقد سعت الجزائر من خلال السياسة التنموية المنتهجة إلى تحقيق هدف التنمية الشاملة للوطن، ويأتي عامل التشغيل على رأس هذه الأولويات للحد من البطالة. ومن أجل الوقوف على النظرة المستقبلية للتشغيل وعلى أهم هذه الإجراءات، سيتم التطرق في هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الجوانب المرتبطة بتنظيم سوق العمل وإعادة تنشيط سياسة التشغيل، وآفاق التشغيل في بلادنا. Abstract : Algeria has sought through the development policy to achieve the goal of comprehensive development of the homeland, and the employment factor is at the top of these prioritties to reduce unemployment. In order to identify the future outlook for employment and the most important of these measures, this paper will discuss the aspects related to the regulation of the labor market and the revitalization of the employment policy and employment prospects in our country. Résumé: L'Algérie a cherché à travers la politique de développement poursuivie pour atteindre l'objectif du développement global de la patrie, et le facteur de l'emploi est au sommet de ces priorités pour réduire le chômage. Afin d'identifier les perspectives d'emploi pour l'emploi et la plus importante de ces mesures, ce document traitera des aspects liés à la régulation du marché du travail et la revitalisation de la politique de l'emploi et les perspectives d'emploi dans notre pays.
