دور السياحة البيئية في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية الريفية المستدامة: مقاربة نظرية

الملخص
ملخص: حاولت هذه الدراسة استعراض الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه السياحة البيئية في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية الريفية المستدامة. على اعتبار أن التنمية الريفية من العمليات التي يمكن عن طريقها تنسيق وتوحيد جهود الأفراد والهيئات الحكومية لتحسين الظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية في التجمعات المحلية وجعل هذه التجمعات جزءاً متكاملاً في الدولة ومساعدتها على أن تسهم إسهاماً فعالاً في تحقيق التنمية الوطنية بكل أبعادها: الاقتصادي، الاجتماعي، والبيئي. والسياحة البيئية تتيح ربط الاستثمار والمشاريع الإنتاجية للمجتمع المحلي مع حماية البيئة والتنوع الحيوي والثقافي للمناطق السياحية، وفق معادلة تنموية واحدة، وذلك عن طريق إعداد برامج سياحية تعتمد على توجيه السياحة نحو المواقع المميزة بيئيا، مع التأكيد على ممارسات سلوكية سياحية إبداعية ومسلية، دون المساس بنوعية البيئة أو التأثير عليها. Abstract: This study reviewed the role that can play in achieving the dimensions of sustainable rural development. Considering that rural development is one of the processes through which coordination and unification of the efforts of individuals and government agencies can be made to improve economic, social and cultural conditions in local communities and make these communities an integral part of the state and help them to contribute effectively to achieving national development in all its dimensions: economic, social, and environmental. Ecotourism allows to link investment and productive projects to the local community while protecting the environment and the biological and cultural diversity of tourist areas, according to one of the development equations, by preparing tourism programs that depend on directing tourism towards environmentally distinct sites, with a focus on creativity and innovation, entertaining tourist behavioral practices, without compromising on Environmental quality or impact. Résumé: Cette étude a passé en revue le rôle que l'écotourisme peut jouer dans la réalisation des dimensions du développement rural durable. Considérant que le développement rural est l'un des processus par lesquels la coordination et l'unification des efforts des individus et des organismes gouvernementaux peuvent être faites pour améliorer les conditions économiques, sociales et culturelles dans les communautés locales et faire de ces communautés une partie intégrante de l'État et les aider à contribuer efficacement à la réalisation du développement national dans toutes ses dimensions : économique, sociale et environnementale. L'écotourisme permet de relier les investissements et les projets productifs à la communauté locale tout en protégeant l'environnement et la diversité biologique et culturelle des zones touristiques, selon une équation de développement, en préparant des programmes touristiques qui dépendent de l'orientation du tourisme vers des sites distincts sur le plan environnemental, tout en mettant l'accent sur les pratiques comportementales touristiques créatives et divertissantes, sans compromettre la qualité L'environnement ou l'influencer.
