La Qualité De La Contenance Et Du Pare Excitation Chez La Femme Atteinte De Maladie Abortive

الملخص تعتبر الأمومة صيرورة جدّ معقّدة، بحيث تستدعي تحديث وإعادة تأهيل عملية التقّمصات البدائية. هذا التنشيط في التقّمصات الوالدية يكون تحت تأثير ما يدعوا إسباسا ب "حداد النمّو". عدم نجاح هذا الأخير وتفاعله مع بصمات الأجيال السّابقة المؤلمة يمكن أن يكون سببا في عرقلة مشروع الطّفل الذي يتطوّر إلى مرض الإجهاض المتكرر عن تعرّض المرأة لثلاثة إجهاضات عفوية أو أكثر. نعتبر هذا المرض كأعراض نفسية جسدية ناتج عن عدم إرصان الحدادات الأوّلية. الطريقة الإسقاطية التي نستعلها هنا تتضمن اختبار الرورشاخ ورائز تفهّم الموضوع بحيث يعتبرها الباحثون التحليليون كأنجع طريقة للتعرّف على العالم الداخلي، وتقدّم لنا مؤشرات صالحة لاستثمار الحدود والتعرّف على نوعية الوظيفتين الأساسيتين للغلاف النّفسي: وظيفة الاحتواء وصاد الإثارات وعلاقتهما مع الثنائية الجنسية والوالدية Résumé : L’accès à la maternité est un processus complexe qui interpelle des mises à jour dans le processus identificatoire. Cette réactivation des imagos parentales est sous la pression de ce que Espasa a appelé « Deuil du développent ». Si ce dernier se révèle problématique et parsemé d’empreintes générationnelles et transgénérationnelles douloureuses, il pourrait entraver le projet d’enfant. On parle de maladie abortive à partir de trois avortements spontanés consécutifs, que nous considérons comme un symptôme psychosomatique traduisant cette difficulté d’élaboration des deuils précédents. La méthodologie projective employée ici comprend la passation complémentaire du Rorschach et du TAT, est considérées par les chercheurs comme voie royales des identifications projectives. Par la richesse des indices qu’elle nous offre en rapport avec l’investissement des limites, elle permet d’explorer la qualité des fonctions de contenances et de pare-excitations que nous considérons ici comme une reconnaissance de la bisexualité et de la biparentalité psychique. Abstract: Maternality is a complex process that involves updates to the identificatory process. This reactivation of the parental imagos is under the pressure of what Espesa has called « Mourning of the development ». If it turns out to be problematic and strewn with generational and transgenerational painful footprints, it could hinder the child's project. We speak of abortive illness from three consecutive spontaneous abortions, which we consider as a psychosomatic symptom reflecting the difficulty of elaboration of the preceding mournings. The projective methodology used here includes the complementary transfer of the Rorschach and the TAT, is considered by researchers as royal routes of projective identifications. By the richness of the indices it offers us in relation to the investment of the limits, it makes it possible to explore the quality of the containment function and protective shield function which we consider here as a recognition of the bisexuality and the psychic biparentality.
