الملخص
This article offers some reflections on the approach to cultural democratization which aims T strengthen artistic and cultural creation in order to realize critical knowledge and offer the opportunity to each creator to disseminate his work to a wide audience through the virtual space. First of all, we make a sociological focus that aims to explain the place of cultural creation in the history of humanity. Secondly, we analyze the role of the digital space in the realization of cultural democracy
