دور الخصومة في تكوين الخطاب السياسي العراقي المعاصر

الملخص
إن الدراسة الحالية تهدف إلى التعرف على دور عامل الخصومة في تكوين الخطاب السياسي العراقي المعاصر عن طريق التعرف على خطاب التيارات السياسية العراقية الماسكة والمشاركة في السلطة، مفترضةً إن الخصومة السياسية أثرت بشكل كبير في خطاب التيارات السياسية العراقية المعاصرة، لدرجة أن خطابها أصبح خطاباً لا يمتلك هوية ثابتة، بل متغيرة، بحسب نوع وشدة الخصومة السياسية وهو بدوره ساهم في عدم وجود خطاب سياسي عراقي يتمتع بثبات نسبي. ولإثبات هذه الفرضية بما يتلاءم مع المقام، تم الاستناد الى دراسة واقع وخطاب التيارات السياسية العراقية، وتحديداً "العربية منها" في المدة الزمنية من (2005 – 2018)، معتمدين في تحليلنا على معايير أساسية، ألا وهي 1- الظروف السياسية والاجتماعية، التي تفرض على التيارات السياسية تعديل خطابها. 2- شكل الاحزاب والتحالفات السياسية في كل دورة زمانية وانتخابية باعتبار ان هذا الشكل هو أحد نتاجات الخطاب السياسي والظروف الاجتماعية الحاكمة. The current study aims to identify the role of the adversarial factor in the formation of contemporary Iraqi political discourse by identifying the discourse of the holding Iraqi political currents and the participation in power, assuming that political antagonism has greatly affected the discourse of contemporary Iraqi political currents, to the extent that their discourse has become a speech that does not possess A fixed, but it is changing, according to the type and intensity of the political antagonism, which in turn contributed to the absence of an Iraqi political discourse that enjoys relative stability. In order to prove this hypothesis in line with the position, we have relied on studying the reality and discourse of the Iraqi political currents, specifically the "Arab ones" in the period of time (2005-2018), relying on our analysis on basic criteria, namely 1- the political and social conditions that impose Political currents must modify their rhetoric. 2- The form of political parties and alliances in every electoral period, considering that this form is a product of political discourse and ruling social conditions.
