الحرب غير النظامية:تحدي جديد للجيوش النظامية Irregular War: A New Challenge For Regular Armies

الملخص

تدور الحرب غير النظامية بين طرفين متباينين في الخصائص و ينتهجان أساليب قتال مختلفة،ويعتبر السكان هو الجوهر الأساسي للحرب غير النظامية ،في سياق هذه الحرب تسعى القوات غير النظامية إلى كسب تأييد ودعم السكان و خلق بيئة حاضنة لها لتحقيق النصر،مما يجعل القوات النظامية تواجه تحديات كبيرة في إدارة العمليات القتالية التي تكون عادة داخل المدن التي يقطنها السكان لاسيما إذا كان النسيج الاجتماعي متنوع ذو انتماءات طائفية،ومذهبية،وسياسية مختلفة ليست بالضرورة موافقة لتوجهات الحكومة،فأي رد فعل غير محسوب ستقوم به القوات النظامية من شأنه أن يعمل على تأجيج مشاعر العداء من قبل السكان ضد القوات النظامية الحكومية لاسيما إذا ما تعرضوا لانتهاكات جسيمة وهو ما يساعد على خلق بيئة غير مؤيدة لعمليات القوات النظامية والتي ستعمل على إطالة أمد الحرب أكثر وزيادة الآثار الجانبية الجسيمة على المجتمع ككل. Abstract: Irregular war is taking place between two parties of varying characteristics and adopting different methods of warfare, in the context of this war, the irregular forces seek to win the support of the population and create a nurturing environment for them to achieve decisiveness.This makes the regular forces face great challenges in the management of warfare operations, which are usually within the cities inhabited by the population, especially if the social fabric is diverse with different sectarian, and political affiliations which It is not necessarily in line with the government's direction. Any unwanted reaction by regular forces would inflame the hostility of the population against the regular government forces, especially if they are incur serious violations,which helps to create an environment that is not supportive of the operations of the regular forces, which will prolong the war and increase the serious side effects on society as a whole.
