القيادة التحويلية ومساهمتها في تفعيل مراحل إدارة الأزمات في ظل إنتشار وباء كورونا دراسة حالة عينة من المستشفيات بالخرطوم

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تطبيق أبعاد القيادة التحويلية بالمؤسسات الصحية وتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين أبعاد القيادة التحويلية وإدارة الأزمات. تمت الدراسة على بعض المستشفيات بالخرطوم. حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أطباء وصيادلة وتقنيين مختبرات وأشعة البالع عددهم 90 وزعت عليهم إستمارات إستبانة وإسترجع منها 62 إستمارة صالحة للتحليل كعينة للدراسة وإستخدم الباحث معامل الإنحدار الخطي البسيط .توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط طردي بين أبعاد القيادة التحويلية ومراحل إدارة الأزمات، وذلك من خلال قيمة معامل الارتباط البسيط التي بلغت عند أدنى مستوى لها في المتغيرات(6320.) وأعلى مستوى لها عند( 0.721). يتميز المدير الطبي بحب التحدي والمنافسة والعمل بروح الفريق وله شخصية قوية ويحترم الآخرين لكي يحترمونه ويكشف المدير الطبي الأزمات بوقت كافي ويستعد لها ويعمل علي إحتوائها بكل الموارد المتاحة. أوصت الدراسة بتخول المدير الطبي الصلاحيات للعاملين حسب قدرتهم ورغبتهم في العمل. Abstract: The study aimed at identifying the extent of applying transformative leadership dimensions in health institutions and determining the nature of the relationship between transformative leadership dimensions and crisis management. The study was carried out on some hospitals in Khartoum. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of doctors, pharmacists, laboratory and radiology technicians who reached 90. Questionnaire forms were distributed to them and 62 forms were returned, valid for analysis as a study sample. The researcher used the Simple Linear Regression coefficient. The study concluded that there is a direct correlation between the dimensions of transformative leadership and the stages of crisis management, through the value of the simple correlation coefficient, which reached its lowest level at (0.721). The medical director is distinguished by challenging love, competition and working in a team, as well as having a strong personality and respecting others in order to respect him. The medical director detects the crises in sufficient time, prepares for them and works to contain them with all available resources. The study recommended that the medical director shall grant powers to the workers pursuant to their ability and desire to work.
