الملخص
الملخص : - أي مثقف نقصده ـ ونسعى إليه ـ وكيف ؟ - وما التنمية الثقافية ـ وفي أي اتجاه نريد ـ وكيف ؟ - وما التنوير ـ وما ضرورته كهدف قومي ننشده؟ تنطلق هذه الأسئلة الثلاثة من إحساس عميق بالأزمة الثقافية التي نعنيها، والتي تتشابك أمامنا عواملها الداخلية والعالمية ، ولا يمكن أن نتجاهلها . بل ينبغي أن نفهم خطورتها و التعامل معها بفكر جديد في ضوء معطيات العصر الذي نعيشه ونحن على أبواب القرن الحادي والعشرين . وثمة علاقة متطورة بين الأطراف الثلاثة : المثقف والتنمية الثقافية والتنوير، علاقة نفهمها ونتصورها من خلال نظرة شمولية لحركة التطور في مسيرة شعوب العالم الثالث نحو التنمية والتقدم مع إبراز دور المثقف في المجتمع ،وتقديم رؤية للرهانات المستقبلية للمثقف، وهدفنا في دراستنا الحالية هو محاولة الاجتهاد في صياغة مفهوم شمولي تنويري للمثقف وموجهات عمل تنير الطريق أمام كل ما ننشده من جهود مخلصة في مواجهة أي مشكل يعوق المثقف . الكلمات المفتاحية: الثقافة و المثقف –التنمية الثقافية – ثقافة التنوير Summary: - Any intellectual we seek and seek and how? - What cultural development and in which direction we want and how? - What enlightenment and what is necessary as a national goal we seek? These three questions stem from a deep sense of the cultural crisis we are facing, whose internal and global factors are intertwined and can not be ignored. But we must understand its seriousness and deal with it with a new thought in the light of the facts of the age we live in the twenty-first century. There is a developed relationship between the three parties: the intellectual, cultural development and enlightenment, a relationship we understand and envision through a holistic view of the evolutionary movement in the march of the Third World peoples towards development and progress, while highlighting the role of intellectuals in society and presenting a vision for the future bets of the educated. The formulation of a holistic concept of enlightenment for intellectuals and work orientations that illuminates the way we seek sincere efforts in the face of any problem that hinders the intellectual.
