واقع التعدد اللغوي في ظل الوسائط التكنولوجية الحديثة - فضاء للتحاور الثقافي أم صراع للهويات –

الملخص
الملخص: يتوزع الحديث عن التعدد اللغوي في عصرنا الراهن على فضاءات عديدة تحيل إلى مركزية وجوده كلبنة مهمة تبني حضارة الشعوب، وتعمّق وجودها، وتعمل على بلورة نسق تطورها وفق متطلبات العصر ورهاناته؛ التي أصبحت اليوم تشكّل عالما خاصا تحتل فيه التكنولوجيات الحديثة مكانة مركزية بما تمتلكه من خصائص تسهم بشكل فعّال في تسريع وتيرة التطور وتقريب فضاءات التواصل بين الشعوب، لتكون اللغة بهذا أهم الوسائل التي تمرّر بها التكنولوجيات الحضارة. ومن هنا يمكن الحديث عن التنوع اللغوي الذي نشهده اليوم من خلال هذه التكنولوجيات كونها تقوم بدور كبير في ترسيخ هذا التنوع وتعزيز أواصره ودعم استمراريته، وتوسيع أطره لتعميق أثره على الأمم والشعوب. وينفتح هذا الأثر على ثنائيتي (التحاور والتصادم) إذ إنّ الرهانات التي يفرضها التعدد اللغوي ضمن الوسائط التكنولوجية يمكن أن تخدم آفاق التواصل الحضاري مع الشعوب فتعزّز من استراتيجيات التحاور والتثاقف، وفي المقابل يمكن أن تكون معول هدم لأواصر التحاور حين تصطدم فيه الهويات وتتمايز الإيديولوجيات التي تحركّه، وهذا ما يجعل البحث عن النّسق الذي يشتغل عليه التعدّد في ظل هذه الثنائية أمرا هاما يلحّ على الساحة المعاصرة. Abstract: The talk of multilingualism in modern times is divided into many fields that refer to the centrality of its existence as an important pillar on which the human civilization is established, embeds its existence, and works on crystallizing its development in the response to the requirements of the age and its challenges. These challenges are becoming, today, special world in which modern technologies are standing in a central position, as they have characteristics which enable them to contribute effectively in accelerating the pace of development and bringing closer the spaces of communication between peoples. Thus, language is the most important means through which technologies are making use to transfer the civilization. From this perspective, we can discuss the linguistic diversity that we are witnessing today through these technologies as they play a major role in embedding this diversity, strengthening its bonds and supporting its continuity, and expanding its limits to deepen its impact on nations and peoples. This impact leads us to discuss the duality “dialogue and confrontation”. Furthermore, challenges imposed by multilingualism within the technological media can serve the horizons of civilized communication amongst peoples, enhance the strategies of dialogue and acculturation, and in other side, these media may be a tool of the destruction of dialogue when identities and ideologies clash that. This clash makes the search for the pattern in which the work of pluralism in the light of this duality important on the contemporary arena.
