التّنمية البشريّة في ظل التّقانة المعاصرة - تطبيقات الويب الدّلالي أنموذجا -

الملخص
الملخص: إنّ الحديث عن تنمية لغة البشريّة يعني الحديث عن مجتمع المعرفة والمعلومات والتّقانة والتّكنولوجيا والتّنمية في مفهومها العام، والّتي تهدف إلى إحداث سلسلة من المتغيّرات الوظيفية والهيكليّة لنمو المجتمع، وكذا الانتقال إلى مرحلة جديدة شاملة للإنتاج، والإنسان بمختلف قدراته وفرص حياته الإيجابيَّة على مستوى مغاير لمرحلة سابقة، ويعتبر موضوع تطبيقات الويب الدّلالي، وما تربطه من علاقة بتنمية المعرفة البشريّة من أهم الموضوعات التّقنيّة الحديثة الّتي تخدم المعرفة والإلمام بها وتوظيفها واستثمارها في عملية إدارة المعارف واسترجاعها والبحث فيها؛ كون الويب الدلالي أحد المفاهيم الّتي ظهرت في المرحلة المعاصرة ضمن ما أفرزته البيئة الرّقمية، وهو مفهوم يقود إلى العمل على تحويل الويب من مستودع ضخم لخزن المعلومات إلى أمر ميسور في استقبال المعلومة جاهزة للاستفادة منها ففكرة الويب ذات الدّلالات والمعاني اللّفظية هي امتداد لفكرة الويب الحاليّة؛ لكن يختلف عنها بأنّ تطبيقات الويب الدّلالي تتفهم مدلولات الألفاظ والمعاني البشريّة، وبخاصة في ما يتعلّق بتطبيقات اللّغة العربيّة في أعمال الأنطلوجيا، أو خرائط تبويب المعارف في الويب الدّلالي، والعمل على تفعيل الأنطلوجيا العربيّة بشكل أكبر. Abstract: Talking about the development of the language of humanity means talking about the society of knowledge, information, technology, technology and development in its general concept,, which aims at creating a series of functional and structural variables for the growth of society, as well as the transition to a new stage of comprehensive production, and the human being with all his abilities and positive life opportunities at a level different from the previous stage , And the subject of semantic Web applications and related to the development of human knowledge is one of the most important modern technical topics that serve knowledge and knowledge, employment and investment in the process of knowledge management, retrieval and research; Semantic web is one of the concepts that emerged in the contemporary stage within the digital environment, a concept that leads to the work of transforming the web from a huge repository to store information to a readily accessible information. The web idea with semantics and verbal meanings is an extension of the current web; That semantic web applications understand the meanings of human terms and meanings, especially with regard to the applications of Arabic in the work of the atlogia, or the maps of knowledge in the semantic web, and to work to activate the Arab methodology more so we will try to answer The following problems: How do semantic web applications contribute to the development of human words and meanings? What do you offer about language? What is semantic web-level communication? Do semantic web applications achieve development in a human knowledge management environment?
