أثر تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في اكتساب الأسبقيات التنافسية -دراسة حالة شركة الاسمنت بسور الغزلان -scseg-ولاية البويرة-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في اكتساب الأسبقيات التنافسية بشركة الاسمنت بسور الغزلان (SCSEG)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثان بتصميم استبانة، تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية من إطارات المؤسسة البالغ عددهم (77) إطار، وتم معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss)، ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أنه توجد علاقة ارتباط إيجابية وأثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة واكتساب الأسبقيات التنافسية في مؤسسة محل الدراسة، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورية المحافظة على الأسبقيات التنافسية المكتسبة والتركيز أكثر على اكتساب أسبقية الابداع. This study aims to know the effect of applying TQM principles in acquiring Competitive Priorities in the cement company of Sour El-Ghozlane (SCSEG). To achieve the aims of the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire and it was distributed on a random sample from the institution’s tires, they number (77) frame, and Data processing using the Social Sciences Statistical Package (spss). The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that there is a positive correlation relationship and statistically significant effect of applying the principles of total quality management on the acquisition of competitive priorities in the institution under study. The study recommends the necessity of maintaining the competitive priorities acquired and focusing more on acquiring the priority of creativity.
