This research aims to know the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on small businesses in the Unites States (U.S.). To achieve that, we have tried to study some American small businesses which have affected by the pandemic, and we have collected necessary data and information from different websites of these businesses. The main results of this research have shown that COVID-19 crisis has had a negative impact on U.S. small businesses. The owners of these businesses have been forced to close their doors either temporarily or permanently and to reduce or lay off their employees as well in response to the procedures taken by the U.S. government to limit the spread of the virus. The forced closure of businesses and lay off workers caused a big loss in revenues, and this has prompted many American small business owners to find other ways to survive the crisis or to seek help from the government.
