تداعيات جائحة كوفيد 19 على أداء اقتصاديات الدول من منظور مؤشر ثقة المستهلك

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تداعيات كوفيد 19 على مؤشر ثقة المستهلك الجزائري، والدول الخمسة الأكثر تعرضا للإصابات ب كوفيد 19، وتوصلت نتائج البحث، أن الدول الخمس العالمية محل الدراسة شهدت انخفاض مستمر خلال الربع الأول من سنة 2020 في مؤشر الثقة المستهلك، وحدث ذلك مع زيادة عدد الاصابات خاصة خلال شهري مارس وأفريل، وتوقف معظم الأنشطة الاقتصادية في تلك البلدان، ودخولها مرحلة الشك مما سيؤول إليه المستقبل القريب. أما بخصوص المؤشر العام لثقة المستهلك الجزائري في هذه الفترة، والتي أجريت دراسته على عينة من 180 أسرة جزائرية، قد بلغ ما قيمته 75.27 نقطة، فبالرغم من الحالة التفاؤلية للمواطنين بخصوص مؤشر توقعات المستهلك، إلا أن ذلك أصطحب حالة تشاؤمية في كل من مؤشر دخل الأسرة والأوضاع الاقتصادية، وهو ما عبر على الحالة التشاؤمية للمواطنين بشكل عام، خاصة مع توقف أغلب الأنشطة الاقتصادية، وزيادة معتبرة في نسب البطالة لبعض أرباب الأسر، وعدم استقرار الأوضاع السياسية في البلاد... الكلمات المفتاح : كوفيد 19 ؛ مؤشر ثقة المستهلك ؛ الأداء الاقتصادي. تصنيف JEL : P46. P24. Abstract: This study aimed to determine the repercussions of Covid-19 on the Algerian consumer confidence index. The five countries most affected by Covid-19, and the results of the research found that the five global countries under study witnessed a continuous decline during the first quarter of the year 2020 in the consumer confidence index. This decline happened on parallel with the number of injuries increased, especially during March and April, most economic activities in those countries stopped, and they entered the stage of doubt; which will lead to the near future. As for the general index of Algerian consumer confidence in this period, which was studied on a sample of 180 Algerian families, it reached 75.27 points, despite the optimistic situation of citizens regarding the consumer expectations index. However, it accompanied a pessimistic situation in each of the household income index and the economic conditions. Thus, expressed the pessimistic situation of citizens in general and especially with the cessation of most economic activities and a significant increase in unemployment rates for some heads of families, and the instability of political conditions in the country.
