الملخص

ملخص: تعرف الجماعة القروية "أوريكا" ككل ومركزها تحولات بيئية وتنموية، بفعل ما تشهده من دينامية تعميرية سريعة، خاصة مع نهاية الألفية الثانية. وكان لهذه الدينامية أثار بالغة على المجال البيئة والمجتمع، وقد رافق ذلك انتشار ظاهرة السكن العشوائي بالإضافة لاختلالات بيئية عديدة. إن دراسة مراحل التعمير والنمو، من شأنها أن تزود الباحث والفاعل برؤية واضحة عن الكيفية التي تمت بها هذه الدينامية، واتجاهاتها، والاثار المترتبة عليها خاصة على مستو البيئة الموارد والاقتصاد، وبالتالي المساهمة في تهيئة وتدبير المجال، وسيتم تتبع دينامية التعمير بالمركز القروي للجماعة بالاعتماد على الصور الجوية المتوفرة، والخرائط الطبوغرافية. Abstract: The rural community "Ourika" as a whole, and its center, is experiencing environmental and developmental transformations, due to the rapid reconstruction dynamics it witnesses, especially with the end of the second millennium. This dynamic had major impacts on the environment and society. This was accompanied by the spread of the random housing phenomenon in addition to many environmental imbalances. The study of the stages of reconstruction and growth would provide the researcher and the actor with a clear view of how this dynamic took place, its trends, and its implications, especially on the level of the environment, the resources and the economy, and thus contribute to the preparation and management of the field, and the dynamism of the reconstruction will be tracked in the village center of the community, depending on Available aerial photos, and topographic maps.
