الملخص

الملخـص: يتناول موضوع البحث التدابير الواقية من جريمة تزييف النقود في الاقتصاد الإسلامي، والتزييف واحد من الجرائم الضارة بالأفراد والمجتمعات، وهو مشكلة عالمية ، يعانى منها الكثير من دول العالم ؛ لما له من آثار اقتصـادية، واجتماعية، وسياسية ضارة . وقد هدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أهم التدابير الوقائية للحد من تزييف النقود، والتي تتنوع ما بين تدابـير: تربوية، وأخلاقية، وفنية، وإعلامية، واقتصادية، وقانونية؛ للمحافظة على النقد الإسلامي من الغش والتزييف . كما يهدف هذا البحث إلى إظهار دور الشريعة الإسلامية ومنهجها في مكافحة الجرائم الاقتصادية والوقاية منها، وذلك من خلال القواعد الأخلاقية، والأحكام التهذيبية التي تمثل دوراً بارزاً في استقرار المعاملات، وترشيد الدور الاقتصادي للمجتمع الإسلامي. وقد انتهى البحث إلى العديد من النتائج ومنها أن الفقه الإسلامي حَرم جميع أنواع الغش والتزييف، ومن بينها تزييف النقود؛ لأنه من الفساد في الأرض، وأكـل لأموال الناس بالباطل، ويعمل على الإخلال بالثقة العامة للدول. كما أن منهج الوقاية من جريمة التزييف في الشريعة الإسلامية اشتمل على إصلاح الفرد، وإصلاح المجتمع، وتنقية البيئة الاجتماعية وإصلاحها، وتثبيط العزائم عن فعل الجرائم، ومقاومة الدوافع الإجرامية، واتخاذ التدابير الأخلاقية، والتربوية، والاقتصادية، والأمنية، والفنية، والقانونية عند توقع الجريمة أو ظهور بوادرها. الكلمات المفتاحية: التزييف ـ التدابير ـ النقود ـ السكة ـ الاقتصاد الإسلامي. Abstract: The topic of the research deals with measures to prevent the crime of counterfeiting money in the Islamic economy, and counterfeiting is one of the crimes harmful to individuals and societies, which is a global problem that many countries of the world suffer from; Because of its harmful economic, social and political implications. This research aimed to show the most important preventive measures to reduce counterfeit money, which vary between measures: educational, ethical, artistic, information, economic, and legal; To keep Islamic criticism from fraud and counterfeiting. This research also aims to show the role of Islamic law and its method in combating and preventing economic crimes, through ethical rules, and disciplinary provisions that represent a prominent role in the stability of transactions, and rationalizing the economic role of Islamic society. The research has reached many results, including the Islamic jurisprudence prohibiting all types of fraud and counterfeiting, including counterfeiting money; Because it is corruption on the ground, eating people's money unlawfully. The method of prevention of the crime of counterfeiting in Islamic law included the reform of the individual, the reform of society, the purification and reform of the social environment, the discouragement of acts of crime, resistance to criminal motives, and the taking of ethical, educational, economic, security, technical, and legal measures when anticipating the crime or The appearance of its signs.
