انعكاسات حرية التجارة على أبعاد التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
يُعد التكامل بين أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، من القضايا التي باتت حتمية على جميع الأمم بِانْ تُوليها اهتماً وعناية خاصة، لأَن تحقيق مثل ذلك المقصد له انعكاسات جِدُ ايجابية ليس على الدولة الواحدة بل على البشرية أَجمع، لاسيما وان جوانب الحياة لِكُل إنسان تقتضي تحقيق مِثل ذلك التكامل. غير أَنهُ في المقابل وإِن كان التوفيق بين أبعاد التنمية المستدامة مُمكناً متى حَسُنت النوايا، إلا انه ليس بالأمر الهيّن خاصة في ظل اقتصاد السوق وتحرير التجارة التي تَغلبُ فيها المصلحة المادية على البعد الإنساني، هذا الأخير الذي يَستوجِب الملاءَمة بين أبعاد التنمية المستدام وبين حرية التجارة. Summary: The integration of sustainable development dimensions is an issue that all nations have to pay particular attention to, because achieving such a goal has very positive implications not for the individual State but for humanity as a whole, especially since the life aspects of every human being require such integration. On the other hand, while reconciling the dimensions of sustainable development is possible when there are good intentions, it is not easy, especially in a market economy and trade liberalization where the material interest overcomes the human dimension, which requires a fit between the dimensions of sustainable development and freedom of trade.
