External Communication Strategies, A New Digital Paradigm For Social Security Companies

Abstract
The world wide web special characteristics distinguish it from traditional communication environments, web sites provide a fundamentally different environment for communication activities than ordinary ones, especially for social security companies, where information have to be transformed in their present form by which security must be ensured and time and mobility reduced. In this paper, we discuss how can digital transformation portend an evolution in the external communication strategies, and argue that in order for communication efforts to be efficient in this electronic area, and in order to facilitate this new approach, a developed digital policy is required.
