الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة علاقة إدارة الوقت خلال حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية الطور الثانوي، بالإضافة إلى محاولة دراسة شخصية الأستاذ من خلال الكشف عن إدارة الوقت التي يعتمدها لرفع من مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، وقد استخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لملائمته طبيعة الدراسة، و عينة مكونة من (59)أستاذ موزعة على بعض ثانويات ولاية الأغواط، حيث قسمت على عينة البحث استمارة لمقياس مهارات التواصل لدى المدراء و استمارة الرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة ومن النتائج المتحصل عليها وهي كالاتي: وجود مستوى مرتفع من إدارة الوقت وللرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة الطور الثانوي، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية بين إدارة الوقت والرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية الطور الثانوي. This study aimed to know the relationship of time management during the physical and mathematical education session and its relationship to job satisfaction among the teachers of physical and mathematical education at the secondary level, in addition to trying to study a personal professor through the disclosure of time management that he accredited to raise the level of job satisfaction with the teachers of physical and sports education and we have used in this study, the descriptive approach to its relevance to the nature of the study, and a sample constituted of (59) professors distributed Among some secondary schools of the State of Laghouat, where a sample of the communication skills measure for administrators and a job satisfaction form with professors were included on the research sample. Connect them are as follows: The presence of a high level of time management and job satisfaction among the secondary stage teachers, and the presence of a correlation between time management and job satisfaction among the teachers of physical education and sports secondary stage
