Abstract

Information technology and communication knew a very big development which revolutionized organizations. Economy intelligence, information technology and communication, knowledge management are all new words which aim is communication and sharing information, knowledge, experience... we’ll try in the following paper to introduce knowledge management, by explaining first the various concepts associated with KM, then using the approach 5W - 1H to explain its role in higher education.
