المهارات الأدائية للأستاذ لأثناء التفاعل الصفي و علاقتها ببعض الإضطرابات الإنفعالية ( الخوف-القلق-الإنطواء ) لدى تلاميذ السنة الأولى متوسط

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين المهارات الأدائية للأستاذ أثناء التفاعل الصفي وبعض الاضطرابات الانفعالية (القلق ـ الخوف ـ الانطواء) لدى التلاميذ السنة الأولى متوسط بمدينة معسكر. وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (85)تلميذ وتلميذة، وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية ,و اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي.كما استخدمنا أداة لجمع البيانات بتطبيق استبيان عن المهارات الادائية والتفاعل الصفي والاضطرابات الانفعالية. وعرضنا هذه الأداة للفحص للتأكد من صدقها وثباتها.وعليه تمت المعالجة الإحصائية لفرضيات الدراسة بالاستعانة ببرنامج (spss) وفق مؤشر معامل الارتباط برسون ، حيث دلت النتائج على أن هناك علاقة إرتباطية بين المهارات الأدائية للأستاذ أثناء تفاعله داخل الصف الدراسي ببعض الاضطرابات الانفعالية و المتمثلة في الخوف و القلق و الإنطواء. Summary : This study aimed to reveal the relationship between the performance skills of the professor during class interaction and some emotional disturbances (anxiety, fear, introversion) among the first year pupils average in Mascara. The sample of the study was (85) schoolboy and Schoolgirl students. The sample was chosen randomly, and in our study we relied on the descriptive approach. We also used a tool to collect data by applying a questionnaire on performance skills, class interaction and emotional disorders. We offered this tool to check for honesty and reliability. We presented this tool for testing to ensure its validity and reliability. Accordingly, the statistical treatment of the study hypotheses was conducted using the program (spss) according to the Pearson Correlation Coefficient Index, As the results indicated that there is a correlation between the performance skills of the professor during his interaction in the classroom with some emotional disorders, which are fear, anxiety, and introvertion.
