الملخص

ملخص: من خلال هذا المقال سنحاول تقديم قراءة معاكسة لما تعوّدنا عليه عندما نتحدّث باستمرار عن تأثير السياسة في المجتمع،لذلك سنبحث في تأثير المجتمع في السياسة انطلاقا من دراسة بعض الظواهر الاجتماعية التي ساعدت على تكريس ظاهرة الاغتراب السياسي في الجزائر،فلا نعتقد أننا بحاجة لإثبات ظاهرة الاغتراب السياسي للمواطن الجزائري والسلطات الرسمية تعترف باستقالته السياسية،وقد حاولنا ربط الاغتراب السياسي بالاجتماعي الذي يعاني منه المواطن الجزائري بسبب صيرورة من الوقائع الاجتماعية التي عايشها منذ فترة الاستعمار وامتدّت لما بعد مرحلة الاستقلال،شهدت عدة أزمات وصراعات وفرص ضائعة لبناء مؤسّسات قويّة داعمة لتأسيس الدولة الحديثة،فالإنسان وليد بيئته والتصوّرات والقيم التي يحملها حول الأشياء،والتفاعلات ليست إلا نتيجة لتراكم التجارب التي مرّ بها،لذلك لا يمكن القفز على الظاهرة الاجتماعية لتفسير الظاهرة السياسية لأنها قد تتحوّل في زمن ما إلى نقطة حتميّة لمعالجة إختلالات الفضاء السياسي. الكلمات المفتاح:اغتراب؛ سياسة؛ مجتمع؛ دولة؛ استقالة Abstract: Algerian citizen, from social to political alienation Abstract: We will try through this article to give an opposite reading to what we are used to analyse when we constantly talk about the impact of politics in society. However, this time we will talk about the influence of the social phenomenon in politics by studying certain social phenomena which contributed to consecrate political alienation phenomenon in the Algerian society. We don’t think that there is a need to prove the strong presence of political alienation phenomenon of the Algerian citizen while the Algerian authorities recognizing his political independence. We have, however, tried to link political to social alienation that the Algerian citizen suffer from, owing to social realities which he experienced during the colonial time and after independence. That period witnessed many crisis, conflicts and lost opportunities to build strong institutions capable of supporting the establishment of modern state. Needless to say that man is the result of his environment, perceptions and values he holds about things, and that interactions are only a result of the accumulation of experiences he has lived. So it is not possible to jump on the social phenomenon to explain the political phenomenon because it can, at any time become a necessary point to address political space’s imbalances.
