فعالية إستراتيجية إعادة البناء المعرفي و حل المشكل في تعديل أسلوب التعامل في المواقف المهنية

الملخص
ملخص : تهدف الدراسة الحالة للكشف عن دور استراتيجيات التعامل الفعالة في المواقف المهنية و عليه تم تدريب المبحوثين على بعض الأساليب المعرفية كإعادة البناء المعرفي و أسلوب حل المشكلة. و قد جاءت هذه الدراسة مقسمة إلى قسمين: الجانب النظري و يشمل الإشكالية و الفرضيات. أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد تناولنا فيه منهج البحث، و العينة، و أدوات البحث، و الإستراتيجيات التعامل المستعملة لتدريب المبحوثين عليها في الوسط المهني. لننتهي بعرض نتائج البحث مع استنتاج عام.ة البناء المعرفي و أسلوب حل المشكلة الكلمات الدالة: إستراتيجية إعادة البناء المعرفي في المواقف المهنية ـ إستراتيجية حل المشكل في المواقف المهنية Résumé : Cette actuelle étude a pour but de monter le rôle de l’efficacité des stratégies de coping dans les situations professionnelles. Pour cela les répondants ont été formés sur certaines méthodes cognitives tels que : la reconstruction cognitive, et la résolution du problème. Cette étude est divisée en deux sections : la section théorique qui englobe la problématique et les hypothèses. Dans la section pratique on a la méthodologie de la recherche, l’échantillon, les outils recherche, et les stratégies de coping utilisés pour entrainer les répondants au milieu professionnel. en fin exposition des résultats de la recherche avec une conclusion générale. Mots clés : stratégie de la reconstruction cognitive, stratégie de la résolution du problème Abstract: This current study aims to raise the role of the effectiveness of coping strategies in professional situations. For this purpose respondents were trained on certain cognitive methods such as: cognitive reconstruction, and problem solving. This study is divided into two sections: the theoretical section which encompasses the problem and the hypotheses. In the practical section we have the research methodology, the sample, the research tools, and the coping strategies used to train the respondents to the professional environment.
