مفهوم الهوية والمواطَنة في ظلِّ التنوع الثقافي

الملخص
إن لم تكن الدّولة الليبرالية الحديثة مُحايدة تُجاه الثقافة فكيف تَضْمَنُ الدولةُ مُعاملةَ المواطنين مُعاملةً عادلةً دُون تَحيُّز أو تمييزأو تهميش لبعض الأقليّات؟ والأصلُ أنّه لا يَلزم لقيامِ المواطنةِ التجانسُ أو التطابقُ بين مُكوِّنات المجتمع وإنما التداخُل والتلاحُم بين المصالح مع الإجماعِ على دستورٍ ضابطٍ وضامنٍ لكافّة حقوقِ مكوِّنات المجتمعِ، والنظرُ للتنوع الثقافي كمَكْسبٍ وحقٍّ يجب حِفظُه لكلِّ طَرفٍ. تحت مظلَّةِ الشراكة والمواطنة والتعاون يتم التفاعل الإيجابي بين تلك الخصوصيات لِتَتوَلَّدَ ثقافةُ التعايشِ السلمي وتختفي ثقافةُ الإقصاءِ والتّهميشِ والتأكيد على المواطنة الفاعلة كسَبيلٍ لحِفظ الهوية الذاتيّة. the liberal state modern cannot be culturally neutral, and if it wouldn’t be so, how could this state insure a fair treatment for some minorities without bias, discrimination or marginalization?In fact, citizenship does not require harmony or accordance between the community components, but it requires the intersection and cohesion of interests with consensus on an accurate and guaranteed constitution that goes with all the rights of those components, and considering the cultural diversity as an attainment and a right that must be preserved for all parties.The positive interaction between those particularities is subsumed under the partnerhip, citizenship and collaboration, in order to create a culture of coexistence and end the culture of exclusion and marginalization.Therfore, emphasizing the citizenship that works for preserving self-identity
