الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من وجهة نظر الأساتذة الجامعيين وتصوراتهم الاجتماعية لهذه الفئة من خلال معرفة طبيعة الإجراءات والبرامج المتخذة لتأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، والتعرف على توفر إمكانيات العناية لتأهيل هذه الأخيرة، تم التعرف عن الواقع الذي تعيشه هذه الفئة من خلال تسليط الضوء على أهم المراكز ذات الصلة بهذه الأخيرة، وعلى الإجراءات المتخذة نظريا ومؤطرة ومدى فعالية تطبيقيها على أرض الواقع، وهذا ما تحاول الدارسة الحالية الوقوف عنده تحت عنوان التصورات الاجتماعية للأساتذة الجامعيين لواقع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الجزائر، انطلاقا من تساؤل رئيسي للدراسة فحواه: ما هي ابرز تصوراتك الاجتماعية لواقع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الجزائر؟ إلى أي مدى يمكن الربط بين ما هو نظري وما هو مطبق في صالح هذه الفئة؟ Abstract: This study aims to identify the reality of people with special needs from the perspective of university professors and social perceptions of this category by knowing the nature of the actions and programs taken for the rehabilitation of people with special needs, and to identify the availability of care possibilities for the rehabilitation of the latter, it has been identified from the reality of this category through highlight the most important centers related to the latter, and the bulk of the actions taken in theory and framed and the extent of Ttabiqiha effectiveness on the ground, this current study Mathol stand with him under the social perceptions of university teachers address the reality of the sound needs For especially in Algeria, from a major study of the question of its content: What are the main social perceptions of the reality of people with special needs in Algeria?
