الإرث الكانطي في فكر "جون راولز"

الملخص
تعرف الفلسفة السياسية وحقولها المعرفية المجاورة تطورات وتغيرات متأتية من جهود وإنجازات العاملين عليها، وبما أن السياسة هي تسيير الشأن العام، وهدف الفكر الفلسفي هو الصالح العام، والعيش السعيد، ولقد شهدت المفاهيم السياسية ترحال عبر الزمن و إنزلاقات سيميائية كحركة للفكر البشري، ولا يكاد يوجد أحد من المهتمين بالفلسفة السياسية المعاصرة إلا و تأثر بما قدمه "جون راولز" في كتابه "نظرية في العدالة" والذي إتبعه بكتاب "العدالة كإنصاف - إعادة صياغة"، نظرا لما يحمله من مشروع فكري تداخل فيه السياسي بالإقتصادي بالأخلاقي بالإجتماعي. فهذه النظرية الأقرب إلى الشمول في طرحها فكانت بدايتها لدى "راولز" مع الفكر الكانطي كقاعدة بنى عليها من مطلق أخلاقي وخاصة أخلاق الواجب، فما هو مدى تأثر "راولز"بــ "كانط" وبأخلاق الواجب؟ وكيف كان لبنائية "كانط" الأثر في فكر "راولز"وخاصة في نظرية العدالة كإنصاف؟ Political philosophy its neighboring fields of knowledge, and since politics is the conduct of public affairs, and the result of philosophical thought is the public good and happy living, and political concepts have witnessed migration through time and semiotic slips as a movement of human thought, and there is hardly any One of those interested in contemporary political philosophy was influenced by what John Rawls presented in his "A Theory of Justice", which he followed with his book "Justice as Equity ". This theory was the closest to being comprehensive in its presentation, so it started with "Rawls" with Kantian thought as a basis on which he built from an absolute moral, especially the ethics of duty, so how influenced "Rawls" by "Kant" and the ethics of duty? How did Kant’s constructivism have an effect on Rawls’s thought, especially in the theory of justice as fairness?
