معيقات الاتصال التنظيمي و تأثيرها على الأداء المهني للأستاذ الجامعي د ا رسة ميدانية بجامعة أم البواقي

الملخص
هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى الكشف عن معيقات الاتصال التنظيمي التي تواجه الأستاذ الجامعي ، و لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إنجاز د ا رسة ميدانية بجامعة أم البواقي ، و قد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام المقابلة و الملاحظة بالمشاركة كأدوات لجمع البيانات ، و شملت الد ا رسة عينة من أساتذة الجامعة ق د ر عددهم بعشرين أستاذا ت م اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ، و على اعتبار أنهم الأكثر اقت ا ربا من المجال البحثي ، و قد تو ص لنا إلى النتائج التالية : تواجه الأستاذ الجامعي معيقات متعلقة بالاتصال التنظيمي داخل الجامعة . تر د معيقات الاتصال التنظيمي التي تواجه الأستاذ الجامعي إلى أسباب تنظيمية بنسبة 87.68 .% و أسباب إنسانية بنسبة 68.82 .% The target of this study is to reveal the obstacles of the organizational communication that confront university teachers, and for that purpose we achieved an empirical study at the university of Oum El Bouaghi ,following the analytical descriptive method, relying on interviews , and the participative observation as research tools in order to collect data . A number of 20 university teachers had taken part in the sample ,which were randomly chosen , taking into account the fact that they are the closest to the research area, and that led to the following findings : The university teachers face obstacles related to the organizational communication in the university. The main reasons that lay behind organizational communication obstacles are by 87.68% of organizational origins and by 68.82 % of humanistic one.
