التعاضدية مدخل تحليلي لدراسة استمرار النمط النيوباتريمونيالي للحكم في أفريقيا

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تقديم فهم حول العلاقة الارتباطية بين الاستراتيجية التعاضدية و استمرار نمط الحكم في القارة الأفريقية، كما تتطرق إلى الميكانيزمات التعاضدية التي تساهم في استمرار وبقاء النظام النيوباتريمونيالي في أفريقيا، وذلك على اعتبار أن أحد العوائق الأساسية التي تَحُوّل دون تطور المجتمع والدولة في أفريقيا، وكذا تعيق عملية الدمقرطة وبناء الدولة الحديثة، هي استخدام الدولة النيوباتريمونيالية في أفريقيا، لاستراتيجية تعاضديه بهدف الاستمرار والبقاء، وذلك انطلاقا من كون الدولة في أفريقيا، تميزت منذ الاستقلال بكونها دولة تعمل وفق نمط تعاضدي، حيث تسيطر على جميع مفاصل الحياة، فنجد أن الهيئات العسكرية والدينية وجماعات النخب والعصب، كلها تجند لبقاء النظام السياسي واستمرار نمط الحكم القائم. The study aims to provide an understanding of the correlative relationship between Corporatism and the continuation of the pattern of state in the African continent, it also deals with the corporate mechanism that contributes to the survival of the neo-patrimonialism state in Africa, on the grounds that one of the main obstacles to the development of societies and the state in Africa, as well as hinder the process of democratization, and the building of the modern state, is the use of African neo-patrimonialism state strategies and mechanisms of corporatism to continue and stay, given the fact that the state in Africa has been distinguished since independence as a corporate-pattern country, where it controls all joints of life, We find that the military and religious groups and elite groups and the nerve, are all mobilized for the survival of the political system and state-based pattern.
