الملخص
الملخص تناولت الدراسة أبرز القواعد الفقهية التي تضمنها كتاب إيضاح المسالك لأحمد الونشريسي، في باب الصداق، فتناولت الدراسة تعريف القواعد الفقهية، وأهميتها، وبينت حكم الصداق بأدلته الشرعية، مع بيان رأي قانون الأحوال الشخصية الإماراتي، كما تناولت أهم القواعد المتعلقة بالصداق، وبيان أهم تطبيقاتها، وتوضيح موقف فقهاء المالكية بالدرجة الأولى فيها، ومن ثم بيان موقف بقية الفقهاء الأربعة، ثم بيان موقف قانون الأحوال الشخصية الإماراتي، حيث تبين في نتائج هذا البحث أن القانون يأخذ أحياناً بقول المالكية، وأحياناً يأخذ بقول غيرهم من الفقهاء،كما أن أقوال الفقهاء ليست متفقة في تطبيقات قواعد الونشريسي في باب الصداق.
