الشمول المالي : هدف استراتيجي لتحقيق الاستقرار المالي في الجزائر

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الشمول المالي في تحقيق الاستقرار المالي، من حيث استعراض مفهوم الشمول المالي و أهميته و أهدافه و بيان أثره على تحقيق و تعزيز الاستقرار المالي. ومن نتائج الدراسة الموصل إليها هو وجود علاقة طردية بين الشمول المالي و تحقيق الاستقرار المالي وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة إدراج الشمول المالي كهدف استراتيجي جديد للحكومة والجهات الرقابية مع ضرورة تحقيق التكامل بين الشمول المالي والاستقرار المالي والنزاهة المالية والحماية المالية للمستهلك لتحقيق الإطار المتكامل للشمول والاستقرار المالي. كلمات المفتاح: الشمول المالي، الاستقرار المالي، التثقيف المالي، النظام المصرفي الجزائري. Abstract : This study aimed to identify the role of the contribution of financial inclusionin the achievement of financiale stability, this has been achived through presenting the concept of financial inclusion its importance objectives, and impact on financial stability . The most important findings of the study is that there is a strong positive correlation between the financial inclusionin and financiale stability. The study recommends that financial inclusion should be included as a strategic objective for the government and regulators. With the need to achives integration between financial inclusion and financial stability. Key Words : Financial inclusion, Financial stability, Financial education, Algerian banking system. Résumé : Cette étude vise à identifier le rôle de l'inclusion financière dans la réalisation de la stabilité financière, en termes de révision du concept de couverture financière, de son importance et de ses objectifs, ainsi que de son impact sur l'amélioration de la stabilité financière. L'étude recommande d'inclure l'inclusion financière en tant que nouvel objectif stratégique pour le gouvernement et les organismes de réglementation, avec la nécessité d'intégrer l'inclusion financière, la stabilité financière, l'intégrité financière et la protection des consommateurs afin de réaliser le cadre intégré d'inclusion et de stabilité financières.
