الملخص

: الملخص ظهرت بوادر أزمة بترولية في السنوات الأخيرة مع بدايات سنة 2014 ، حيث شهدت أسعار البترول انهيار مستمرا، مما أثر سلبا على الاقتصاديات التي تعتمد على عائدات هذه المادة كمصدر أساسي للتمويل، والاقتصاد الجزائري لا يمثل استثناء بالنظر للمساهمة الكبيرة لعائدات البترول في تمويل مختلف النشاطات الاقتصادية؛ ضمن هذا السياق، وبالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و المنهج الإستنباطي، يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع الاقتصاد الجزائري ومدى تأثر متغيراته الكلية بالانهيار الذي شهدته أسعار البترول، مع الوقوف علىى مجموعة من الحلول التي تساهم في تدليل أو تجاوز . أزمة التبعية للنفط وبالنتيجة للدراسة، الإقتصاد الجزائري مطالب أساسا بالتوسع والتنويع في ظل الإمكانيات الطبيعية والبشرية االمتاحة، و ذلك من خلال تشجيع قطاعي الزراعة والصناعة بالإضافة إلى تنمية السياحة . والطاقات المتجددة ABSTRACT: An oil crisis has emerged in recent years in beginning of 2014, when oil prices have been steadily falling, which has had a negative impact on the economies including Algerian one that depend on the revenues of this substance as the main source of funding to financing various economic activities; within this framework, and basing on descriptive and deductive approaches, this study aims to shed light on the reality of the Algerian economy and its affectation by the collapse of oil prices, And come up with a range of solutions that will contribute to undermine or overcome the oil dependence crisis. Consequently, considering the natural and human resources available, the Algerian economy is asked basically to enlarge and diversify through enhancing agriculture and manufacturing sectors, as well as tourism and renewable energies.
