الملخص

أدى استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات إلى إحداث نقلة نوعية في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات، وذلك من خلال تسهيل البحث عن المعلومات واسترجاعها وبالتالي تلبية الاحتياجات الوثائقية والمعلوماتية لمجتمع المستفيدين، هذا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى انعكست تلك الممارسات على المهنة المكتبية بالمكتبات الجامعية على وجه الخصوص، وذلك بخلق أساليب عمل جديدة تتسم بالجودة والنوعية والسرعة والدقة في الوصول إلى مصادر المعلومات عبر الخط، ما أدى إلى تقليص الحواجز الجغرافية واختصار الوقت والجهد على المستفيد، وتأتي هذه الورقة لإبراز مدى انعكاس استخدامات تكنولوجيا المعلومات على المهنة المكتبية بالمكتبات الجامعية وأهم النقائص والتحديات الموجودة، من خلال الدراسة الميدانية التي أجريت بجامعة الشلف. الكلمات المفتاحية: Abstract: The use of information technology has led to a quantum leap in the field of libraries and information by facilitating the search for and retrieval of information, thus addressing the needs of documents and beneficiaries from the community of beneficiaries. On the other hand, these practices reflected the profession of libraries in university libraries in particular through the creation of new methods of work for quality, speed and accuracy in accessing the sources of information across the line, which led to the reduction of geographical barriers and shortening time.
