الملخص

إن هذا البحث يتناول التمويل الحكومي للبحث العلمي و علاقته بتحقيق التنمية في ضوء متغير الدرجة العلمية للأساتذة الجامعيين. لهذا الغرض تمّ تطبيق مقياس تمويل البحث العلمي و تحقيق التنمية على عينة بلغت (82) أستاذ من أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية و الإجتماعية بجامعة الشلف . و قد خلُصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : - توجد علاقة طردية بين تمويل البحث العلمي و تحقيق التنمية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة -هناك فروق بين الأساتذة الجامعيين في تمويل البحث العلمي لتحقيق التنمية لصالح مستوى أستاذ محاضر "أ". Abstract: the research studies the situation of the Government funding for scientific research and its relation to development it according to variable of Certificate of the teachers of university. To This effect they applied a questionnaire on a sample of (82) teachers of the Faculty of human and social sciences in the University of chlef. And study concluded that: -there is a direct relation between the financing of scientific research and development .-there is difference between the views of university teachers in the financing of scientific research and development in favor of the level of lecturer "A"
