الملخص

انتهجت وزارة التربية الوطنية في مطلع القرن الحالي اصلاحات تربوية ، شملت المناهج و المقررات التعليمية وطرق التدريس ، و قد اهتمت بالمتعلم و جعلته المحور الأساس الذي ترتبط به كل الممارسات التعليمية التعلمية ، وأفرزت بعض المفاهيم و الأساليب التي لم تكن بارزة في الممارسات التربوية السابقة، منها مفهوم التقويم التربوي الذي يساير العملية التعليمية التعلمية من بدايتها إلى نهايتها ، و القصد منه رصد سلوك المتعلم و اختبار قدراته ومكتسباته و ضبط الصعوبات التي يواجهها لتذليلها أو التخفيف من حدتها . و من هذا المنطلق طرح التساؤل الآتي: - ما هي أهم أساليب التقويم التحصيلي ( أساليب بناء الاختبارات ) المطبقة في المدرسة الابتدائية الجزائرية ؟ و ما أهم المشاكل التي تطرحها ؟ - و ماهي أهم الحلول المقترحة ليكون التقويم التحصيلي ناجعا و مفيدا ؟ Abstract: The Ministry of National Education, at the beginning of the current century, adopted educational reforms, which included curricula, educational curricula and teaching methods, and took care of the learner and made it the primary axis with which all educational learning practices are linked, and it produced some concepts and methods that were not prominent in previous educational practices, including The concept of the educational evaluation that accompanies the educational learning process from its inception to the end, and is intended to monitor the learner's behavior and test his abilities and gains and control the difficulties he faces to overcome or mitigate their severity. With this in mind, the following question was asked: - What are the most important methods of achievement evaluation (methods of building tests) applied in the Algerian elementary school? And what are the most important problems that you pose? - What are the most important solutions suggested for the achievement evaluation to be effective and useful?
